  • Billing information: payment details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • Brand and content data: brand kits, generated content, images, schedules, and other materials you create or upload.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and IP address.
  • Connected accounts: social media account tokens and profile information when you connect third-party platforms.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-powered content generation.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts).
  • To personalise your experience and provide relevant feature recommendations.
  • To monitor service performance, detect abuse, and ensure security.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party providers only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
  • AI providers: we send prompts and brand context to AI model providers to generate content on your behalf. We do not share your personal account information with these providers.
  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, and asset storage (Cloudflare R2).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. The Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but we limit tracking to what is necessary for service operation and improvement.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
